The 2nd edition of Maramures Rookie Fest, part of the World Rookie Tour circuit, took place in Maramures, Romania. The competition attracted participants from 6 different countries, all eager to showcase their skills and fight for a place on the podium. Despite the challenging weather conditions that made it difficult to build the park, the team was able to complete the job in just one week, allowing the riders to experience the traditional vibes of Maramures.
REPORT MARAMURES ROOKIE FEST 2023
The first day of practice was sunny, and the riders took advantage of the good weather to practice their lines on the park. On the second day, there was heavy snowfall, but the contest was able to start at 11.00 AM in perfect conditions. The level of riding was high, and the riders put on a fantastic show.
The award ceremony was held in the evening, with a lot of prizes being awarded to the participants. The celebration continued with a party featuring a DJ. All in all, the 2nd edition of Maramures Rookie Fest was a huge success and a memorable experience for the participants and organizers alike.
