The Christenson C-Hawk brings not only the performance, but also the outline of the C-Hawk surfboard, perfectly to the street. It is wide, yet the widest point is pulled back. This shape allows you to ride the surfskate with different foot placements and experience a new feeling every time. Put your foot behind the widest point and feel the difference to a normal stance. This YOW model comes with slightly harder wheels so you can let off steam on slides while still enjoying enough grip. 

Riding style
The movement on the YOW board is so similar to that on a surfboard that it acts as a surf trainer, as you directly learn the posture and weight shift required for surfing. The C-Hawk brings the free feeling of the C-Hawk Fish surfboard to the street and allows you not only fast turns, but different foot placements for an ever-changing riding experience. 

The YOW System
The wide rotation of the front truck allows extremely tight turns. The YOW Meraki (S5) Surfskate System comes with a completely revised design for the front truck. All dispensable parts of the old YOW system were removed without changing the patented spring system. The essential parts of the front truck were strengthened, whereby additionally some weight could be saved.

Setup
The trucks and wheels are perfectly adjusted to the board. The soft wheels provide the best grip and speed, even on rough surfaces. The deck comes in a proven maple wood construction.
