Thanks to TSG’s Snug and Low Fit technology, the Evolution is one of the slimmest hardshell helmets on the market. Since falls onto the asphalt can be very hard when skating, this hardshell helmet has been constructed extra sturdy with ABS and EPS Impact foam – the optimal protection for your head. The design is anatomically adapted so that wearing comfort is not neglected. Pressure points are thus avoided and you will hardly notice that you are wearing a helmet at all. 14 latticed air intakes combined with air ducts help keep your head cool and dry at all times. Snug Fit
TSG designs its helmets differently than its competitors. They analysed a wide variety of heads and determined a basic anatomical shape. This allows the curves of the human head shape to be followed exactly. You can see the special shape when you look at a helmet from TSG from the front: The sides of the helmet shell are more curved and go clearly inwards. The outlines of the TSG helmets at the sides and at the back are round and not straight downwards like at other helmets. With this manufacturing TSG achieves a so-called contact ring inside the helmet. Here the head touches the helmet all around. More force is required to lift the TSG helmet off your head than competitive models. This is important so that the helmet does not slip during use and, above all, remains in the correct position in the event of a fall.
Tuned Fit System
The Tuned Tuned Fit System allows you to adjust the fit with different thickness pads on the inside of the helmet. The TSG helmets are always supplied with pads in two sizes. Each size is available in a different colour, making it easy to determine the correct padding to fit the helmet to your head. It is very important to adjust the helmet with these supplied pads. For example, if necessary, the slightly thicker padding can be placed on the back of the head, and the padding for the front of the head can be thinner, or vice versa.
