The TSG Fly helmet comes with an In-Mold construction, which bonds an impact-absorbing EPS liner directly to the polycarbonate shell to create a lightweight and stable structure. Combined with the Dial Fit System for split-second adjustment and the Tuned Fit System, which offers pads with different thicknesses for a perfect fit to your head shape. The earpads and neck roll are removable which allows for quickly reacting to changing weather conditions.

Snug Fit
TSG designs its helmets differently from its competitors. 
You can spot the special shape when you look at a TSG helmet from the front: The sides of the helmet shell are more curved and go significantly inwards. The outlines of the TSG helmets on the sides and at the back are round and not straight downwards, as is the case with other helmets.
With this design, TSG achieves a so-called contact ring inside the helmet. The head touches the helmet on all sides. This creates a better fit and therefore better protection in the event of a fall. 

Tuned Fit System
The Tuned Fit System allows for adjusting the fit by using different thicknesses of padding on the inside of the helmet. TSG helmets come with pads in two sizes. 
This allows for adjusting the helmet perfectly to your head shape and prevents slipping.
